Curated by Master ProPART
The afternoon session offers an overview of the participatory policies of Roma Capitale and the Metropolitan City — neighbourhood workshops, partnership agreements, civic hubs, tactical urbanism, participatory budgeting, e-democracy, the PNRR/Pinqua, and the Housing Plan — viewed through a single lens: civic infrastructure. The question running through the entire afternoon is whether the policies under consideration recognise and strengthen the civic infrastructure already present in the area, or whether, on the contrary, they risk confining them to formal channels that standardise them into forms lacking transformative potential.
