Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am–11:00 am and 11:00 am–1:00 pm
Duration: 90 minutes
All workshops include a guided tour of the exhibition and the immersive room.

Nursery School
All roads lead to Rome
A creative and collaborative workshop inspired by the works of Hervé Tullet. Through drawing and imagination, children can explore the theme of the contemporary city, developing their ability to represent and share their vision of urban space.

Is Rome a lasagna?
An exploration of Rome’s layers and historical periods. Through the explanation of the most important interventions and the most stratified areas, students create an “urban lasagna” showing the different “ingredients” that make up the city.

Reflect on the coexistence of past and present in Rome’s urban space
Middle and High School
Time machine workshop
A hands-on experience to understand the city’s historical transformations, structured in three phases symbolised by different means of transport: litter, horse and bicycle.
Objectives
Understand historical transformations through practical experience
Facilitate understanding of urban evolution by building a timeline of the main changes
Stimulate direct comparison between past and present, encouraging critical reflection on the city's developments
Use symbolic transport (litter, horse and bicycle) to represent different historical eras
Promote active and participatory learning

Saturday morning at 11:00 am (ages 18–99+)
Workshops explore Rome’s many urban layers through an active and participatory approach. Through a brief historical introduction and a guided tour of the exhibition, the main urban planning interventions and the most significant areas for the overlapping of eras and styles will be presented. We will create a veritable "urban lasagna" with the city's various "ingredients."
