Curated by ENEA - Agenzia nazionale per le nuove tecnologie, l’energia e lo sviluppo economico sostenibile (Dipartimento Tecnologie Energetiche e Fonti Rinnovabili)
The ENEA Workshop, selected as a satellite event of the New European Bauhaus Festival, will be an open forum for reimagining the built environment, taking into account global warming, the quality of the user experience, cultural heritage and, above all, the well-being of residents. Discussions will focus on urban heat islands and climate refuges – free spaces in parks, educational and cultural centres, or other public places that can promote outdoor living, inclusion and social interaction, enhance urban areas and, last but not least, reduce electricity consumption and emissions.
