A day designed to explore, through active and participatory formats, some of the changes currently taking place in the world of work: intergenerational dialogue, attention management, and the relationship between performance and organisational systems. Participants will take part in workshops, simulations and group discussions to develop awareness, collaboration and the ability to turn change into value.
